Dora has not had an easy life. She has struggled and fought for almost everything, and although she rescued the Yellowmoon Menagerie - the closest thing to a family she has left - from the demon-infested ruins of the Lost City of Targua, she has been cast adrift through the Aether. Now lost in a realm of pure magic and fantasy, Dora and her friends Enrai and Ain must find a way back to Erafore without rousing the ire of any gods, demons, or powerful entities. But the half-orc Healer is being manipulated from afar and stalked by dark forces, and her return may not come easily to her, as her status as a Chosen One rears its head, and begins to make life difficult.
